Technical Product Owner

About the role

Oivan is looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to lead one of its largest local software development initiatives. Based on‑site in Riyadh, you will act as the bridge between client business analysts and technical delivery teams, ensuring that solutions meet both business and technical goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business owners to clarify and finalize technical aspects of BRDs and change requests before development.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster cross‑functional team collaboration.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks that could affect delivery, performance, or maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning sessions.
• Ensure implementations meet acceptance criteria, security standards, and quality expectations, and oversee deployment and release processes.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience managing local or international software/IT projects.
• Strong background in Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Golang (strong asset).
• Agile Scrum practices.
