Technical Professional – Entry Level (Hydraulic Workover)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Train and become familiar with well‑site services and activities under direct supervision.
• Assist in project planning, job design/execution and post‑job analysis.
• Perform Hydraulic Workover assignments applying basic engineering principles and adhering to company policies.
• Acquire and apply foundational knowledge of Halliburton processes, Product Service Line field services and well‑site solution design.

Required profile

• Completion of an undergraduate STEM degree (Petroleum Engineering preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with relevant modeling techniques and service tools/equipment.
• Ability to learn the role’s impact on team and organizational goals and contribute to them.
