About the role
Ejadah Management Consultancy is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for both technical and non‑technical positions across Saudi Arabia. The role is fully remote and ideal for candidates with 1‑3 years of recruitment experience who are fluent in English and Arabic.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical and non‑technical roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various channels.
- Build and maintain client relationships to understand hiring needs.
- Coordinate interview schedules and support offer negotiations.
- Produce recruitment reports tracking pipeline status and hiring metrics.
- Keep candidate and client records up‑to‑date in the ATS.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, including technical hiring.
- Strong written communication and reporting abilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory).
- Based in Saudi Arabia.
Required skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ability to leverage job boards for candidate sourcing.
