Technical Sales Engineer – Building Materials (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our Saudi Arabian team, promoting a comprehensive portfolio of building‑material products including metal ceilings, gypsum solutions, suspension systems, access panels, PVC films, sandwich panels and stainless‑steel items. The role is field‑based, requiring regular visits to client sites, interaction with consultants, contractors and fit‑out companies across the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and fit‑out market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants and project owners.
• Prepare technical presentations, product submittals and tender documentation for clients.
• Follow up on quotations, tenders and project pipelines to secure sales.
• Coordinate with supply‑chain and operations teams to ensure timely order delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming projects in KSA.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of sales experience in building‑materials within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of the local construction market and key players.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and ability to work independently in the field.
