Technical Trainer – C4ISR & GCCS‑J Instruction

About the role

GovCIO is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver C4ISR and GCCS‑J training to personnel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves designing curriculum, conducting classroom and hands‑on sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness for cyber security, intelligence, and system engineering modules.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver C4ISR training curriculum for all skill levels.
• Create teaching outlines and select instructional methods such as lectures, demonstrations, workshops, and group instruction.
• Develop tests, visual aids, and evaluation criteria to measure training impact.
• Collaborate with the Lead ISD and Program Manager to gather technical data and align training with mission requirements.
• Stay current with learning theory, motivation research, and emerging training techniques.
• Coordinate with leadership, clients, and contractors to ensure training meets policy and technology changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2‑4 years of experience delivering technical training in a military environment.
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance and pass an FBI background check.
• Willingness to obtain a visa for Saudi Arabia.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GCCS‑J and C4ISR systems.
• Experience with cyber security, intelligence, and system engineering concepts.
• Technical training curriculum development.
• Test and visual‑aid creation for instructional purposes.
