About the role
The Technical Trainer will deliver product knowledge and practical skills on makeup and fragrances to the retail team in Riyadh, representing Chalhoub Group’s brands and driving awareness for both sales and correct usage.
Key responsibilities
- Create and implement the training calendar for the year.
- Provide training using advanced techniques and detailed product knowledge.
- Build brand awareness among front‑line staff.
- Gather feedback from participants and supervisors to assess training effectiveness.
- Communicate details of training activities and events to the target audience.
- Acquire product knowledge of new makeup and fragrance brands.
Required profile
- Ability to design and manage an annual training calendar.
- Capability to collect and analyse feedback from trainees and supervisors.
- Strong knowledge of existing and emerging makeup and fragrance products.
