Technical Trainer - Rigging & Operations

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for an experienced Technical Trainer in Rigging and Operations to work on site in Al Jubail. The trainer prepares, delivers and evaluates training sessions covering rigging techniques, safety procedures and operational best practices, supporting personnel in construction, oil and gas or related industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training courses on rigging and operational procedures
• Create and maintain up-to-date training materials aligned with industry standards and safety regulations
• Assess trainee competencies and give feedback for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote best practices in all training activities
• Work with clients and internal teams to tailor training to specific operational needs

Required profile

• At least 7 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years in a training role
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Construction or EPC is highly desirable
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Preferred: certifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH, or equivalent rigging and safety training qualifications
