Technician – Pilot Build Center

About the role

The PTS Technician builds prototype vehicles from Body‑in‑White (BIW) sub‑assemblies to complete units. The role demands careful handling of parts, basic fabrication, and the ability to work independently or within a team in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Execute automotive manufacturing tasks following verbal or written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Perform basic fabrication or modification of parts when required.
• Identify and stop work on any safety or quality issues, escalating to the team leader promptly.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet departmental goals.
• Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Vocational or technical qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or vehicle build processes.
• Good verbal and written English; basic Arabic proficiency.
• Willingness to work flexible hours on a production line.

Required skills

• Knowledge of automotive industry and vehicle architecture.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Basic fabrication skills.
• Understanding of vehicle high‑voltage safety.
• Experience with automotive manufacturing and vehicle build processes.
