Telecom OSS Architect / Designer

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a senior Telecom OSS Architect / Designer to lead the design of end‑to‑end OSS solutions for major telecom operators in Saudi Arabia. You will act as the technical bridge between business needs and delivery teams, ensuring robust, future‑ready network operation platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern OSS architecture across Network Inventory, Performance Management, and Fault/Event Management domains, using TM Forum standards (eTOM, TAM, SID).
• Design and implement multi‑vendor, multi‑technology inventory models covering 2G/3G/4G/5G, Fixed, and IP/MPLS networks.
• Architect KPI frameworks, alarm correlation, and root‑cause analysis for proactive network operations.
• Specify integration interfaces and APIs between OSS, BSS, NMS, EMS, and cloud‑native management platforms.
• Translate complex business requirements into high‑level and low‑level design documentation (HLD/LLD).
• Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and mentor OSS engineers.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including RFP/RFI responses and solution demonstrations.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in telecom OSS architecture and design.
• Strong ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and drive consensus.
• Excellent communication skills for documentation and presentations.
