Tendering Manager – Construction & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tendering Manager to lead our bid preparation and estimation activities across infrastructure, building, and transmission line projects. The successful candidate will ensure competitive, accurate, and timely submissions while coordinating closely with engineering, procurement, contracts, and project management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end‑to‑end tendering process for multiple projects.
• Review and approve cost estimates, pricing strategies, and technical & commercial proposals before submission.
• Prepare detailed bids, quantity take‑offs, and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, and Project Management to gather required information.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market prices, material rates, and subcontractor costs.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Mentor and supervise a tendering team, managing priorities and deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in tendering and estimation within the construction industry.
• Proven experience leading tendering teams and handling large‑scale infrastructure, building, and transmission line projects.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, decision‑making, and communication abilities.
