Territory Sales Manager – Diabetes Care (Jeddah)

About the role

The Territory Sales Manager will represent Dexcom in Jeddah (covering Mecca and Taif) and promote the company’s continuous glucose monitoring solutions to physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and other diabetes‑care institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Dexcom products within the assigned geographic area to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Develop new customers and expand existing accounts through regular sales calls and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with physicians, key opinion leaders, diabetes nurse educators and purchasers.
• Create and execute market development plans, educate stakeholders on product benefits, and provide ongoing sales support.
• Analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and feed market intelligence back to sales and marketing teams.
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in diabetes or related healthcare sales with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Demonstrated success within the healthcare environment, preferably in both public and private sectors.
• Strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
