Testing & Commissioning Project – Multiple Engineering Roles

About the role

We are seeking a range of specialists to support a highly integrated Testing & Commissioning (T&C) project under a FIDIC‑type contract in Riyadh. Positions include Project Manager/Director, Mechanical, Electrical, ICT/ELV, AV, Life‑Safety, Building Management, LEED, and QA/QC engineering roles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate commissioning activities for large‑scale infrastructure, entertainment venues, stadiums, airports, data centres, or smart buildings.
• Perform integrated systems testing, validation, performance verification and ensure operational readiness for handover.
• Verify compliance with LEED v4, ASHRAE, NFPA and other international building and life‑safety codes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, ELV, ICT, Controls, Fire & Life‑Safety, Building Services, etc.).
• Proven experience on large‑scale infrastructure or mission‑critical facilities with exposure to critical commissioning activities.
• Familiarity with integrated systems testing, system validation and performance verification.

Required skills

• Mechanical, Electrical, ICT/ELV, Controls, Fire & Life‑Safety, and Building Services engineering expertise.
• Knowledge of LEED v4 Fundamental & Enhanced commissioning, ASHRAE guidelines, NFPA standards, and international building codes.
• Professional certifications such as LEED AP, CCP, BCxP are highly valued.
