Trade Marketing Agent

About the role

Mobily is looking for a Trade Marketing Agent to ensure that all point‑of‑sale locations in Riyadh display up‑to‑date marketing materials in line with brand guidelines. The role involves regular visits to a variety of retail outlets, handling material logistics and reporting on market conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Visit all POS (FSs, FBOs, MFBOs, Modern Trade, Reseller’s Shops and Grocery Shops) as per the assigned target to display the marketing material in line with the plan and standard guidelines.
• Arrange marketing material in the stores of the outlet and replenish stock when shortages occur.
• Pull out/remove outdated marketing material immediately according to instructions from the Regional Manager.
• Visit Reseller’s shops to collect data for the Market Scan Survey Report.
• Enter visit details into the system promptly, once the application is introduced.
• Ensure that all required and latest marketing material (contracts, leaflets, posters & Q‑matic rolls) are available at the POS.
• Send periodic reports and photos within the required timeframe as requested by the Direct Manager.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel across Riyadh to visit assigned POS locations.
• Strong attention to detail for arranging and replacing marketing materials.
• Ability to collect and transmit data accurately and on time.
• Comfort with using a mobile or web application for visit logging.
• Capability to meet reporting deadlines and follow instructions from managers.
