Trainee – Patient Experience & Operational Analytics Coordinator

About the role

The Patient Experience & Operational Analytics Coordinator trainee will support Smart Clinic operations by turning operational and patient‑journey data into structured reports, dashboards and actionable insights. This role helps the clinic monitor performance, improve patient experience and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate and consolidate operational and patient‑experience data from multiple clinic systems (HIS, QMS, appointment and escalation tools).
• Analyze patient flow, waiting times, throughput, utilization and service‑recovery metrics across all touchpoints.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and periodic performance reports for clinic leadership.
• Identify trends, risks and performance gaps and translate findings into practical operational recommendations.
• Track complaints and service‑recovery data to support preventive actions and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate data collection with clinic teams, Patient Experience, Operations and Command Center teams.
• Support preparation and distribution of routine performance reports and maintain structured data logs.
• Act as a focal point for data‑related queries between clinic operations and MIS teams.

Required profile

• Trainee position (Tamheer/Coop) – full‑time.

Required skills
