Training Supervisor

About the role

The Training Supervisor will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of training programmes for restaurant staff across all Shawarma Classic locations. Working closely with Operations, HR, Quality and Brand teams, you will ensure consistent service standards, food‑safety compliance and high employee performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and continuously improve onboarding and ongoing training for restaurant and operational employees.
• Conduct regular branch visits to assess training needs, provide on‑the‑job coaching and support new‑store openings.
• Identify training gaps through performance reviews, audits and manager feedback, and ensure timely completion of required courses.
• Create and maintain training materials, manuals, presentations and digital learning content.
• Monitor training effectiveness using assessments, KPIs and post‑training evaluations, and report results to management.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Quality and Food Safety teams to align training with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in training, learning and development or a similar role within the hospitality sector.
• Proven ability to design practical training modules and deliver them to diverse employee groups.
