Transfer Pricing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Transfer Pricing Manager with deep expertise in financial transactions to join our dynamic transfer pricing practice in Riyadh. You will advise local and multinational clients on complex transfer pricing matters while ensuring compliance with Saudi tax regulations and international guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory and compliance services aligned with Saudi Arabian and OECD transfer pricing frameworks.
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation, including local files, master files, and benchmarking analyses for intercompany loans, guarantees, and cash‑pooling arrangements.
• Support clients during tax audits and resolve disputes with authorities.
• Advise on pricing of related‑party financial arrangements, funding structures, and treasury functions.
• Manage multiple engagements, delivering high‑quality projects on time and within budget.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate on cross‑border projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field; postgraduate qualification or certification (CFA, ACCA, ACA, CPA) preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of transfer pricing experience, with significant exposure to financial transactions.
• Strong analytical, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Proven leadership and team‑development skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and BEPS actions.
• Expertise in Saudi tax regulations related to transfer pricing.
• Experience preparing transfer pricing documentation (local file, master file).
• Proficiency in benchmarking analysis for intercompany financial arrangements.
• Ability to structure and price intercompany loans, guarantees, cash‑pooling and other financial instruments.
