Transformation Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Lead to drive strategic business and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. You will lead cross‑functional programs, develop roadmaps, and ensure that operational, process, and technology improvements deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end transformation programs aligned with corporate strategy.
• Develop and execute transformation roadmaps, defining initiatives, milestones, and success metrics.
• Drive business process optimization, operating model redesign, and organizational change.
• Partner with business leaders to identify efficiency, growth, and innovation opportunities.
• Establish governance frameworks, program controls, and reporting mechanisms.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning.
• Engage stakeholders at executive and functional levels, ensuring alignment and adoption.
• Track transformation benefits, KPIs, and value realization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Management or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business or digital transformation, program management, or strategy execution.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
