Transition Management Analyst, Assistant Vice President

About the role

State Street Investment Management is looking for a Transition Management Analyst at the Assistant Vice President level to join its global TM team in Riyadh. You will support KSA‑domiciled institutional investors by managing complex transitions across multiple asset classes and contributing to the firm’s worldwide transition platform.

Key responsibilities

• Gain a full understanding of the transition life‑cycle, from pre‑trade planning to post‑trade analysis.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑trade analysis, execution reporting, and project management for KSA clients.
• Coordinate communication among clients, custodians, record‑keepers, investment managers and consultants.
• Assist with portfolio management, order generation and trade‑strategy collaboration with the trading desk.
• Monitor daily middle‑office functions such as trade communications, reconciliations and corporate actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in transition management or related finance functions.
• Strong analytical and project‑management abilities.
• Experience working with institutional investors and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, attending the office at least four days per week.
