Travel Manager

About the role

Ades is looking for a Travel Manager to lead and manage the travel program across all operating countries. The role delivers safe, efficient, cost-effective and compliant travel services supporting corporate business travel, offshore crew mobilization and operational needs. It works closely with the Global Sourcing Manager to optimize costs and improve the traveler experience.

Key responsibilities

• Safety and compliance: uphold corporate governance, QHSSE policies, management system, laws and regulations, and promote a strong safety culture across field staff, contractors and supervisors.
• Travel strategy and governance: develop the travel strategy, set standardized policies and procedures across countries, benchmark against industry best practice and drive continuous improvement.
• Travel operations: manage corporate business travel, offshore crew rotations, executive travel and domestic/international services, including airline bookings, hotels, ground transport, airport transfers, visas, emergency arrangements and charter flights, and handle travel disruptions.
• Crew travel: partner with Operations, Rig Management, HR and Country Management on timely crew mobilization and demobilization, optimize routes and monitor crew travel performance.
• Suppliers and contracts: develop sourcing strategies with the Global Sourcing Manager, select TMCs and suppliers, manage contracts and SLAs, run performance reviews and quarterly business reviews, and look for consolidation and partnership opportunities.
• Budget and finance: control the annual travel budget, analyze spend by business unit and country, prepare expenditure reports, forecasts and management dashboards, and support budgeting and forecasting.
