Treasury & Liquidity Specialist

About the role

This fully remote position is focused on managing liquidity and cash movements for a fast‑moving, multi‑market financial infrastructure. You will ensure that funds are available in the right currency and account to support payouts, settlements and trades without disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Execute local and offshore fund transfers across banking partners and liquidity providers, maintaining adequate balances in USD, EUR, GBP and other currencies.
• Monitor daily bank and liquidity‑provider balances, identify shortfalls and act promptly to avoid payment or settlement issues.
• Initiate wire, ACH and SWIFT transfers within approved limits and perform fiat‑to‑stablecoin and stablecoin‑to‑fiat conversions.
• Support liquidity planning, capital‑cycle management, repayments and broader treasury activities.
• Serve as the primary contact for banking and liquidity partners, coordinating wallet whitelisting and infrastructure changes.
• Track counter‑party and settlement risk, escalating issues as needed.
• Reconcile bank and liquidity‑provider statements, investigate discrepancies and maintain complete documentation.
• Collect monthly statements, contribute to month‑end close and prepare treasury dashboards and reporting.
• Process customer refunds, approve operating‑expense funding and assist with urgent liquidity requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Product and Engineering on incidents, market launches and new products.

Required profile

• Proven experience in treasury operations or liquidity management.
• Familiarity with multi‑currency cash management and cross‑border fund transfers.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, globally distributed environment.
