About the role
Bechtel is seeking a Trend Engineer to support the Expo 2030 Riyadh infrastructure program. The role focuses on cost control, estimating and analysis for a large‑scale mixed‑use development, ensuring that project budgets are managed effectively throughout the construction phase.
Key responsibilities
- Implement project‑specific cost control and reporting procedures.
- Prepare cost studies, cost trend analyses and cost forecasts.
- Develop and apply cost control requirements tailored to non‑routine project activities.
- Analyze cost data to propose innovative solutions to cost engineering challenges.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate cost information into overall project planning.
Required profile
- Experience with cost control, estimating and cost analysis in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to work both on‑site and remotely, with a minimum of four days per week on‑site in Riyadh.
