UI/UX Designer

About the role

Q Mart is building a bilingual (Arabic/English) digital grocery platform that serves thousands of customers daily. We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive, beautiful interfaces that drive engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Design user‑friendly, visually appealing interfaces for a fast‑growing e‑commerce and delivery app.
• Map and optimise customer journeys to reduce friction and increase conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to implement designs.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing data.
• Ensure consistency across all screens of the bilingual application.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing for e‑commerce or delivery applications.
• Strong focus on user needs and ability to translate insights into design improvements.
• Portfolio that showcases relevant UI/UX work.
