UT/UTCD Integrity Engineer – Level 3

About the role

PIPECARE Group is seeking a Level 3 UT/UTCD Integrity Engineer to support its pipeline and facility integrity services for the oil and gas sector. The engineer will work with project execution teams to deliver accurate in‑line inspection reporting and custom‑tailored analysis that meet customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Check and approve tool performance during pre‑test trials (PTT).
• Validate data quality of in‑line inspection (ILI) runs.
• Perform UTWM, UTCD and EMAT data analysis to identify pipeline features and anomalies.
• Execute dig‑verification tasks on site and prepare related reports.
• Review software interfaces, user manuals and DAD quality documentation.
• Provide accurate tool sensitivity values in tool checklists.
• Prepare run‑assessment reports and preliminary/final inspection reports.
• Identify pipeline obstructions and ensure coordinate synchronization with data.
• Communicate results to HO‑DAD and integrate findings into customer reports.
• Alert R&D of software issues and update standard quality procedures.

Required profile

• Certification in UT/UTCD technology – Level 3.
• Minimum 15 years of experience as a UT/UTCD Integrity Engineer.
• Solution‑oriented attitude with a hands‑on, disciplined approach.
• Team player who is self‑motivated and able to work independently.
