UX/UI Designer – Healthcare Platforms

About the role

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our product team and shape the user experience of our healthcare platforms. The role involves creating intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces while maintaining consistency across our design system.

Key responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for digital applications across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and incorporate feedback into design decisions.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity mockups for new features and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, component library and style guidelines.
• Map user journeys and interaction flows for various healthcare workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Create visual designs that align with brand identity and resonate with diverse user groups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum two years of UX/UI design experience in digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a user‑centered design process and outcomes.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience creating responsive designs and working with design‑to‑development handoff.
• Knowledge of usability testing methods, user research techniques and accessibility standards.
