Vendor Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Vendor Manager to lead vendor relationships for a fast‑growing software company in Riyadh. The role combines procurement expertise with strong negotiation and performance monitoring to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance evaluation and renewals.
• Negotiate contracts, service‑level agreements (SLAs) and pricing to secure value.
• Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and address issues proactively.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, finance and legal teams to align vendor services with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify cost‑optimization opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Maintain accurate vendor documentation, contracts and reporting.
• Support sourcing activities and vendor selection for new technologies or services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in vendor management, procurement or supplier relationship management.
• Experience with software or technology vendors is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, contract management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
