Vice President Finance – Arabic

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially‑savvy Vice President of Finance to shape the financial strategy of a fast‑growing technology company. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board, you will drive performance, governance and growth initiatives while preparing the business for its next financing and IPO milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a financial strategy aligned with the company’s high‑growth objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance management across the organization.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, cash‑flow, audit, compliance and internal controls.
• Drive equity and debt fundraising, managing relationships with investors, banks and financial institutions.
• Prepare the company for IPO readiness, ensuring governance, regulatory compliance and stakeholder communication.
• Lead all financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments and corporate transactions.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing finance function, championing process improvement and finance transformation.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, ZATCA and other applicable regulations.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with 7–10 years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record in capital raising, IPO preparation and M&A execution.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, fintech or other high‑growth digital businesses.
• Strong relationships with Boards, investors, investment banks, auditors and regulators.
• GCC experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA or CFA is highly desirable.
