Vice President Finance

About the role

The Vice President Finance will lead the Financial Planning & Control function, shaping budgeting, forecasting, reporting and governance frameworks to align with organisational priorities and regulatory requirements. This senior leader will partner with business units to ensure financial discipline and strategic insight across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement financial planning, budgeting and control frameworks that meet corporate goals and regulatory standards.
• Oversee budget planning and forecasting processes, including guidelines, challenge sessions and approvals.
• Monitor budget performance through variance analysis and drive corrective actions to optimise resources.
• Maintain reporting templates for management and regulatory reporting, producing periodic reports with Power BI and ThinkCell.
• Support feasibility studies, profitability analyses and due‑diligence for strategic projects.
• Ensure compliance with Delegation of Authority, budget transfers and purchase request approvals.
• Oversee treasury outputs, cash‑flow forecasts and bank reconciliations.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, accuracy and stakeholder experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Control or a comparable finance/accounting role.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.
• Proven people‑leadership and coaching capabilities, with a strategic and results‑driven mindset.
