Vice President – Operations

About the role

The Vice President of Operations will lead end‑to‑end logistics across warehousing, transportation, fleet and last‑mile delivery for a fast‑growing platform serving FMCG, retail and e‑commerce clients in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance, cost optimisation, service levels and scalability across multiple hubs.
• Lead large operational teams and implement process standardisation, KPIs and performance frameworks.
• Support expansion into new regions while maintaining service quality and margin control.
• Drive continuous improvement in warehousing, transportation and fleet management.
• Report directly to the CEO and contribute to executive leadership decisions.

Required profile

• Senior operations leadership experience in logistics, distribution or large‑scale supply‑chain environments.
• Strong exposure to high‑volume, multi‑site operations.
• Experience operating in Saudi Arabia or similarly complex markets is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated operational rigour, leadership maturity and change‑management capability.
• Proven ability to scale operations, manage large workforces and drive a performance culture.
