Visual Merchandiser – Luxury Retail

About the role

Join Al Tayer Insignia’s luxury retail team in Riyadh as a Visual Merchandiser. You will create eye‑catching in‑store and window displays that reflect brand guidelines and drive customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative visual displays, window setups and thematic installations aligned with store and mall standards.
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager, floor managers, marketing and retail teams to execute merchandising plans.
• Monitor and manage stock of visual‑merchandise materials, props and display items, ensuring proper tagging, pricing and availability.
• Analyse sales trends of fast and slow sellers and provide actionable recommendations.
• Maintain and dismantle display equipment, mannequins and podiums, ensuring a tidy store environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in visual merchandising or related retail design.
• Strong understanding of luxury brand guidelines and ability to work within cost‑effective parameters.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a bridge between visual, marketing and floor teams.
