About the role

Accor is looking for an enthusiastic, customer‑focused Waiter to join its Riyadh restaurant team. You will be the face of the dining experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed and receive attentive, professional service throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a friendly attitude.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about ingredients and preparation.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring proper table settings.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area during service.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to guarantee order accuracy and timely delivery.
• Address guest concerns promptly, escalating to management when needed.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.
