Waiter – Guest Service Expert

About the role

As a Guest Service Expert (Waiter) you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests at a luxury resort in the Red Sea. You will be responsible for setting tables, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the dining area is clean and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables and dining areas according to standards.
• Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve meals, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and service stations.
• Handle menus, verify information visually, and assist guests with menu questions.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below knee level.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
