About the role

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a key part in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation.
• Prepare and maintain clean tables, and uphold hygiene standards.
• Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate smooth service flow.
• Address guest concerns quickly to guarantee satisfaction.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Valid Saudi Arabia residency (Iqama).
