About the role

Join the Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA team as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests in a world‑class luxury setting. You will be the face of the restaurant, guiding guests through the menu and ensuring every service moment is seamless and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Present and describe food and beverage menu items with engaging detail on origin, taste, and preparation.
• Accurately take and enter guest orders, communicate with the kitchen, and coordinate timing.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests, and resolve any concerns professionally.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions securely.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Strong communication skills and a polished, courteous demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑service setting.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
