About the role
Join the vibrant team at SLS The Red Sea, a luxury resort on Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast. As a Waiter/Waitress (Saudi National), you will deliver memorable dining experiences that reflect the brand’s bold and elevated spirit.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service in line with SLS standards and guest expectations.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods to guide guests.
- Accurately take orders and process payments using the POS system.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and ready for service.
- Monitor food and beverage quality and communicate any issues to supervisors or kitchen staff.
- Apply upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
- Support inventory control, equipment maintenance, and proper storage of service supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and the wider F&B team for seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Saudi National.
Required skills
- POS system operation.
