Welding Engineering Internship (Tamheer Program)

About the role

Join TechnipFMC as a Welding Engineering Intern within the Tamheer program. You will support manufacturing activities on energy projects, gaining hands‑on experience in welding engineering and technical support while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in welding hours calculations and capability/capacity reviews.
• Support welding activities and provide technical assistance in the weldshop.
• Review and interpret customer and industrial specifications.
• Offer technical recommendations to design engineering during design reviews.
• Participate in QHSE initiatives, safety and quality programs.
• Help prepare audits and ensure adherence to codes and specifications.
• Contribute to tender and product engineering quotation activities.
• Attend daily project meetings such as Notification Review Board and Obeya.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in material science, mechanical or manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• Strong willingness to learn, cooperative attitude and positive mindset.
