About the role
Alfanar Projects is seeking an experienced Winding Foreman to lead the rewinding and repair of high‑voltage motors and generators. The role combines hands‑on technical work with supervision of a skilled team in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
Key responsibilities
- Rewind HV stators and rotors using collected winding and coil data.
- Perform coil making, stripping, slot preparation, and complete rewinding operations.
- Inspect winding kits and components upon receipt to ensure quality.
- Document and prepare winding diagrams and lead‑exit connections.
- Carry out static electrical testing of wound equipment.
- Apply varnish treatment and ready equipment for final assembly.
Required profile
- ITI or Diploma equivalent in a relevant technical field.
- 5–10 years of experience working with rotating equipment such as motors and generators.
Required skills
- HV motor and generator rewinding.
- Coil making and stripping.
- Slot preparation and winding.
- Static electrical testing.
- Varnish application and equipment preparation for assembly.
