Women's Academy Strength & Conditioning Coach

About the role

Al-Qadsiah Club is seeking a dedicated Women's Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach to lead the physical development of female players aged 11‑17. You will create and deliver age‑appropriate programmes that enhance athletic qualities, support injury prevention, and prepare athletes for long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver strength and conditioning sessions in both gym and pitch environments.
• Develop core athletic qualities such as strength, speed, movement competency, and overall performance.
• Integrate physical work into weekly training plans alongside coaching staff.
• Implement injury‑prevention strategies and monitor player robustness.
• Track and analyse player development using athlete‑monitoring systems.
• Adapt programmes to individual growth, maturation, and needs.
• Collaborate with performance, medical, and multidisciplinary staff.
• Maintain accurate records and stay updated on youth development research.

Required profile

• Degree in Sports Science, Strength & Conditioning or related field.
• Accredited Strength & Conditioning qualification (e.g., UKSCA, NSCA CSCS).
• Experience working in youth sport or football academy environments.
• Understanding of long‑term athlete development principles.
• Experience with female athlete development and knowledge of growth and maturation processes (desirable).

Required skills

• Design and delivery of strength and conditioning programmes.
• Gym‑based and field‑based training execution.
• Use of athlete monitoring technologies (e.g., GPS).
