Work Control Center Engineer

About the role

The Work Control Center (WCC) Engineer will coordinate and monitor maintenance activities across the company's O&M and facilities management operations. Using IBM Maximo and other CMMS tools, the engineer ensures work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and equipment data are accurately managed to support reliable facility performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities for all services through IBM Maximo.
• Initiate, monitor, and close work orders after approval.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, stores, and supervisors to ensure material availability and timely execution.
• Maintain up‑to‑date equipment, asset, and location data in the system.
• Monitor compliance with company maintenance procedures and policies.
• Update the Preventive Maintenance Master Plan as required.
• Prepare maintenance, work‑order, and operational reports for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics or related).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in work control, O&M, or facilities management.
• Experience with IBM Maximo or similar CMMS platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
