About the role
Join Cisco’s Customer Experience Services team to drive sales of a comprehensive portfolio across Saudi Arabia. You will work with a high‑performing, cross‑functional group of technical, marketing and vertical specialists, both locally and globally, to accelerate growth and deliver customer success.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted service‑sales strategies for multiple accounts to maximise growth and customer value.
- Lead adoption of new services, guide product launches and implement best practices with customer stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast opportunities and provide actionable business reporting.
- Prepare and publish service responses for RFPs, bids and new service opportunities.
- Ensure customer support aligns with Service Level Agreements and sustain high satisfaction levels.
Required profile
- Proven experience in value‑based sales within the ICT sector.
- Experience managing Operation & Maintenance contracts and projects.
- Solid understanding of Saudi public‑sector procurement processes and buying cycles.
- Direct and indirect sales experience to diverse accounts.
