About the role

Join Cisco’s Customer Experience Services team to drive sales of a comprehensive portfolio across Saudi Arabia. You will work with a high‑performing, cross‑functional group of technical, marketing and vertical specialists, both locally and globally, to accelerate growth and deliver customer success.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted service‑sales strategies for multiple accounts to maximise growth and customer value.
  • Lead adoption of new services, guide product launches and implement best practices with customer stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast opportunities and provide actionable business reporting.
  • Prepare and publish service responses for RFPs, bids and new service opportunities.
  • Ensure customer support aligns with Service Level Agreements and sustain high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in value‑based sales within the ICT sector.
  • Experience managing Operation & Maintenance contracts and projects.
  • Solid understanding of Saudi public‑sector procurement processes and buying cycles.
  • Direct and indirect sales experience to diverse accounts.
