Actas Technician

About the role

The Actas Technician is responsible for managing and updating Actas software and related test documentation across all product lines. This role ensures that test reports, hardware connections, and training materials are current and aligned with global change notifications.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update BRK files based on the latest RTI change notifications at a global level.
• Develop and maintain test report templates for RT and FAT within the Actas software.
• Configure and update channel mapping connections between Kocos hardware and testing devices.
• Write and revise local test instructions for all products.
• Prepare training documents and check‑points for Actas Level 1 (basic) users.
• Manage Actas software updates and prepare XML connections.
• Troubleshoot Actas software issues and support test objects across all products.
• Provide explanations of graphics and measurements generated by Actas.
• Maintain and update Kocos hardware, including connections for the Kocos company.
• Handle translators, cables, and fixtures required for product testing.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Required profile

• Technical background with experience in software configuration and hardware testing.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both software and hardware issues.
• Capacity to follow global change notifications and implement updates.
