About the role
AECOM is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and project teams. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to managers, handling correspondence, scheduling, and ensuring smooth workflow across the branch.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and proof correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, and documents.
- Schedule meetings, arrange travel, and maintain office supply inventory.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and confidential company records.
- Manage calendars, meeting arrangements, and internal communications for the Branch Manager and Administrative Manager.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement with vendors.
- Process invoices and support basic financial documentation.
- Provide front‑desk support, handling calls, emails, and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Required profile
- BSc in Business Administration, Management, or related field, or a Diploma in Office Administration/Secretarial Studies.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or support role.
- Saudi female preferred.
- Proficient in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
