AI Advisor – Lead AI Strategy & Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned AI Advisor to shape and execute our corporate artificial intelligence strategy. This high‑impact position sits at the intersection of technology leadership and business value creation, driving AI‑enabled transformation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the corporate AI roadmap aligned with the digital transformation agenda.
• Identify, prioritize, and evaluate AI use cases across business units with a clear ROI focus.
• Recommend and implement AI tools, frameworks, and vendor solutions.
• Lead AI and RPA teams to build and deploy production‑grade intelligent models.
• Propose and validate AI solutions that deliver measurable operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with AI ethics, data governance, and regulatory standards.
• Partner with the Data Unit to integrate AI models into enterprise data infrastructure.
• Champion AI adoption through executive sessions, workshops, and training programs.
• Report performance and outcomes of AI initiatives to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML strategy, development, or advisory roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Relevant AI/ML certifications or formal training.
