Analytics Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Analytics Consultant to partner with our clients and translate business objectives into measurable analytics strategies. You will work on end‑to‑end digital analytics projects, ensuring data quality and delivering actionable insights that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand business objectives and design analytics strategies.
• Implement, configure, and optimize tools such as Amplitude, Segment, Braze, and Contentsquare.
• Design, manage, and validate data collection frameworks to ensure data quality.
• Conduct deep‑dive analysis on user behavior, funnel performance, retention, and engagement.
• Provide actionable recommendations that improve conversion and retention.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to embed analytics best practices.
• Stay current with trends in analytics, martech, and growth strategies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, digital product consulting, or growth strategy.
• Hands‑on expertise with at least one of the following tools: Amplitude, Segment, Braze, Contentsquare.
• Experience in consumer apps, e‑commerce, fintech, SaaS, or subscription‑based businesses.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and recommendations.
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
