Architect – Production Role in Development Studio

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on architect to join our Development Studio in Riyadh. The position offers the chance to work on concept studies, massing options and presentation material for live development projects while gaining insight into the commercial side of development.

Key responsibilities

• Produce concept drawings, massing studies, plans, sections and 3D models under the direction of the Studio Head.
• Prepare area schedules and support the accuracy of development metrics and planning assumptions.
• Assist with test fits, planning scenarios and development options.
• Create boards, visuals and presentation material for executive and investment presentations.
• Support review of consultant drawings and design submissions.
• Maintain CAD and BIM files, drawing standards and studio documentation.
• Conduct site, market and precedent research to inform concept work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design or a related discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome.
• Strong drawing and spatial thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately, taking direction and asking questions.
• Interest in the commercial aspects of development.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.

Required skills

• AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp or Rhino.
• Photoshop and InDesign.
• 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape or D5 (advantage).
• Good English; Arabic is an advantage.
