Assistant Manager - Marketing

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Marketing will support the brands assigned to the company by developing and executing both short‑term and long‑term marketing strategies. The role combines brand management, budget oversight, business development and people management to drive growth and enhance brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with assigned brands to deliver all above‑ and below‑the‑line marketing materials within budget.
• Plan and execute campaigns for existing and new stores, managing media relationships and agency communications across markets.
• Develop integrated communication strategies that strengthen brand equity and preference.
• Manage media planning and buying to optimise resource utilisation.
• Formulate marketing plans that contribute to top‑line revenue and bottom‑line profitability.
• Identify and acquire new clients, negotiate contracts and secure profitable business.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to uncover opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Analyse customer loyalty data to segment audiences and design targeted initiatives.
• Oversee customer‑centric operations to ensure service quality and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management, budget control and business development.
• Strong ability to manage cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Excellent understanding of integrated communication tools and media planning.
• Analytical mindset with experience in market and competitor analysis.
• Track record of delivering campaigns that meet volume, market‑share and profit targets.
