Assistant Outlet Manager – Lobby Lounge & Viennoiserie

About the role

Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to lead the Lobby Lounge and Viennoiserie operations. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and support the overall food & beverage strategy of the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, friendly, and attentive service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Handle guest complaints directly or coordinate with the Executive Sous Chef/Executive Chef.
• Monitor team schedules and ensure staff perform duties effectively.
• Assist with Food & Beverage events and culinary competitions as required.
• Collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef/Executive Chef to develop sales‑promoting strategies and special events.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or high‑end restaurant.
• At least 6 years overall experience in the culinary department, including senior management positions.
• Demonstrated creativity and strong leadership abilities.
