Barista

About the role

The Master Barista will support the Beverage Manager in delivering high‑quality coffee experiences across the hotel’s restaurants, bars, and banquet outlets. This role ensures guests receive consistent, memorable coffee service while upholding the hotel’s reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare perfect espresso shots, cappuccinos, lattes, and other specialty coffee drinks.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, ensuring correct pressure and extraction.
• Manage the coffee bar counter, serving coffee, tea, and selected food items.
• Assist in program planning, quality control, and daily coordination of beverage operations.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.

• Ability to multitask efficiently, prioritising tasks for optimal workflow.
• Team‑player who works well with colleagues across the food‑and‑beverage department.

Required skills

• Espresso machine operation and maintenance.
