About the role
We are looking for a Guest Service Officer to join our Communication Center. The role focuses on delivering consistent, high‑quality service to hotel guests and handling all guest communications efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent and consistent service to guests, addressing inquiries and requests promptly.
- Manage incoming calls, emails and messages through the communication centre.
- Coordinate with front‑desk, housekeeping and other hotel departments to resolve guest issues.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering personalized assistance and information.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
