Business Analysis Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analysis Lead to drive transformation initiatives in Riyadh. The role will oversee a team of analysts, work closely with stakeholders and ensure that business objectives are translated into effective technology and process solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts across multiple projects and initiatives, providing guidance on best practices and career development.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, gather detailed requirements and ensure they are accurately documented and validated.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and support digital transformation efforts through process redesign and technology recommendations.
• Define, document and approve functional and non‑functional requirements, user stories, and process maps, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, product owners, developers and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle to guarantee successful delivery.
• Support user acceptance testing, monitor project progress, manage requirement changes and mitigate business‑related risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of business analysis experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or lead role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships and drive consensus across diverse groups.
• Hands‑on experience working in Agile, Scrum or Waterfall environments, adapting methodologies to project needs.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI‑PBA or equivalent are considered an advantage.
